Returns & Refunds Policy

At Brainful Bites, every item is carefully handmade to order, ensuring it is specially crafted just for you. Due to the unique nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and value the trust you place in our quality and craftsmanship.

Order Cancellations or Adjustments

We can adjust or cancel your order before the order is marked as shipped. After that we are not able to make adjustments or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible if you'd like to make an adjustment or cancel your order.

Damages and Issues

While we do not accept returns, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please contact us at hello@brainfulbites.com as soon as possible with details of the issue and photos of the item and its condition, if applicable and we will do our best to make it right.

Refunds are only offered for defective or damaged products. Upon receiving your complaint, we will review the issue and notify you within a reasonable timeframe whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement. If approved, refunds will be processed using your original payment method, minus any non-refundable credit card processing fees (approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction).

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our made-to-order products, we are unable to offer exchanges. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Address

In the case where an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer for the order which results in an unsuccessful delivery, the customer is responsible for the delivery free incurred for re-delivery. If the parcel becomes lost due to incorrect shipping address provided, Brainful Bites are not held accountable.
